CUT AND BENDING
Over the years, we strengthened our business relationship with contractors in Lebanon and focused on types of industrial services they need. In 2011, Demco Steel developed a new line of cut and bending for reinforcing steel bars.
Our new line includes a shear line, a double-bender and a semi-automatic bending machine for stirrups. Our shear line and our bending facility has a production capacity of 2,500 metric tons per month respectively.
The cut and bending have proven to be quite beneficial to our customers:
- Steel orders are cut and bent, then delivered to site in a timely manner.
- Bending services are available for projects with space restriction on site.
- Electricity savings in favor of the contractor.
- Workforce savings in favor of the contractor.
- Bundles are tagged rigorously for easy use on site.
- Offcuts and waste occurring during the cut and bending process are free of charge.
