CUT-TO-LENGTH

One of Demco Steel’s main production lines is the straightening and cutting of Wire Rod Coils (or WRC).

We operate on both Deformed and Mild WRC.
Our facility comprises 20 straightening and cutting machines. Each machine is running by one operator, working two shifts a day to maximize our output.

Demco Steel can supply up to 230 metric tons of Straightened Wire Rods Bars per day.
Our machines can straighten and cut 4 to 14 mm coils.
Our standard bar lengths are 5 and 6m.
Other lengths are available upon request.
